Delivery Information

Our items are delivered using quality carriers. Normal delivery will take place within 3-7 days of  placing your order. On the rare occasion that an order is out of stock we will e-mail you with a revised expected delivery date. 

 

 Our carrier will attempt to make delivery however if no-one is in to receive the item it is the receivers responsibility to contact the carrier via the card left at the time of delivery should there be no one in to sign for it when the delivery attempt is made.  Should the item be returned to us as undelivered another delivery charge will be payable, in addition to this there will be a £9.00 returned item fee which is charged by our carrier for returning the item to us safely.  If you choose to instruct us to leave your delivery as unsigned for or with a 3rd party (i.e. a neighbour) we do not accept any responsibility for this. We will try and accomodate specific delivery requests please make these when placing your order. Please note though that the drivers do not have mobiles so will be unable to telephone beforehand. Please note our carriers standard service is Monday to Friday delivery only between 09.00-17.00.

 

Delivery prices quoted are for UK mainland only and excludes highlands and islands, for prices outside of UK mainland there is an additional flat rate which will be automatically added to your shopping cart

 

Returns

 

If for any reason you receive a faulty or damaged item you must contact us in writing / email and include photographs of the damage/fault within 48 hours of receipt.

 

If you change your mind once you receive you goods you must inform us in writing either by e mail or post within 14 days of receiving the item(s). It will be your responsibility to return the goods in as new saleable condition in the original packaging to our warehouse (please note the packaging must also be in as good condition).  It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returing the item(s) which can vary from around £15 to £70 dependant on item size and method used. To book a courier we would recommend a courier broker such as www.interparcel.com. or your local Post Office. Once we receive the goods we will inspect the item and provided it is returned in new saleable condition we will issue a refund within 14 days.
